All bookings are subject to the Fly West Coast Booking Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Baggage Policy.

Booking Policy

Flights are subject to a total payload weight limit (passengers + baggage).

All bookings are weather dependant. In the case of adverse weather conditions (weather conditions which are unsafe or unsuitable for flying, as deemed by Fly West Coast) you will be given the option to reschedule your booking to another mutually convenient date/time or cancel and receive a full refund.

Aircraft type is not guaranteed and subject to change.

Children (under 18 years) must be accompanied by an adult.

Infants (under 2 years) who do not require a seat of their own and will be seated on the lap of a parent/guardian, are carried free of charge. Maximum 2 infants permitted per flight.

Children (2 years and older) must have their own seat and pay applicable fare.

Minimum numbers may apply.

The pilot has the right to refuse passengers if they are likely to hinder the safety of the aircraft or its occupants.

Baggage Policy

Flights are subject to a total payload weight limit (passengers + baggage).

No dangerous goods are permitted. Please use this tool, to see if any items you intend to carry are classified as dangerous goods.

Small foldable prams and strollers are permitted. Transport of large prams are permitted, by request only.

Carriage of sports equipment (eg: golf clubs, surfboards, fishing rods) is available by request only.

Suitcases that do not exceed the dimensions of 158cms are permitted. Larger suitcases by request only.

 

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice of cancellation is required. In the case of no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your booking, the booking is non-refundable.

In the case of unscheduled aircraft maintenance (mechanical issue), or not meeting minimum numbers, you will be given the option to reschedule your booking to another mutually convenient date/time or cancel and receive a full refund.

 

Gift Voucher Policy

Valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Non-Refundable and not Redeemable for cash or credit.

Gift vouchers can be transferred into another name, please call to arrange transfer before booking.

Gift voucher bookings are subject to minimum passenger numbers and total payload weight limit (passengers + baggage). Minimum numbers and total payload weight limits are listed in details on individual flight product pages.

In the case of adverse weather or unscheduled aircraft maintenance, gift voucher bookings will have the opportunity to nominate another mutually suitable date and time.
